Welcome to Barford Tackle, located on the outskirts of Norwich in Norfolk, New Zealand. We are proud to offer an impressive range of fishing across our four venues. With a total of eight well-stocked lakes, we cater to a variety of fishing enthusiasts. Our lakes are home to a diverse range of fish species, including Carp, Tench, Bream, Chub, Crucian Carp, Golden Tench and Orfe, Roach, Rudd, and Perch.
At Barford Lakes, we strive to provide the best fishing experience for anglers of all abilities. Whether you're a casual angler or a specimen specialist, we have something to suit everyone. In 2007/2008, we opened additional lakes to further enhance our offerings.
Our facilities are designed to ensure your comfort and convenience during your visit. We offer ample car parking space and a well-maintained toilet block. Additionally, our fully stocked tackle shop is on-site, providing you with all the equipment and bait you need for a successful fishing trip.
For those interested in day ticket fishing, please note that we are closed on the weekend of the 4 Day Festival held on our lakes (4th August and 5th August). However, we are open to the public for day tickets on Thursdays, Fridays, and Saturdays from 8am to 7pm. You can also enjoy delicious food at our café, open Wednesdays to Sundays.
