Whether you have specific goals and objectives or simply prefer a more individualised approach, Barerooms offers thousands of classes to choose from, ensuring that you can find the perfect workout routine for your needs.

As a member of Barerooms, you will also receive a complimentary personal training session. This gives you the opportunity to discuss your goals with a professional trainer, learn new routines, and perfect your form. Barerooms goes beyond just being a gym, offering additional recreational rooms for members to enjoy. These rooms include a virtual golf suite, virtual reality experiences, a sensory deprivation float tank, an automated massage system, a virtual racing simulator, and a flexi studio.

Barerooms has received recognition for its innovative approach to fitness and was awarded the Tourism & Leisure StartUp of the Year in 2023. The gym offers three different pricing plans to cater to different needs and budgets. The Silver plan includes one private session per week, unlimited access to group classes, and access to recreation rooms but excludes the floatation tank. The Gold plan provides three private sessions per week, a free personal training session, and access to recreation rooms and group classes.

The Platinum plan offers five private sessions per week, a free personal training session, and access to all facilities. All plans have price reductions after 6 and 12 months.

In addition to its fitness offerings, Barerooms also offers an exclusive golf programme designed to help members improve their golf game and take their skills to the next level. The programme is suitable for both seasoned golfers and beginners, with a tailored approach to meet individual needs.
