Welcome to Bardsey Bowling Club, a friendly village club located in Leeds. We are actively seeking new members to join us in playing crown green bowls. Crown green bowls is a sport that anyone can play, offering an easy and rewarding game to learn, as well as some great health benefits.
At Bardsey Bowling Club, we have a strong social focus and offer a full calendar of events from March through to November. This includes opportunities for social bowls, allowing members to enjoy the sport in a more relaxed and casual setting. One of the unique aspects of bowls is that age and strength do not offer an advantage over other players, making it an inclusive game for families and couples to enjoy together.
For those looking for a more competitive experience, Bardsey Bowling Club has teams that play in both the Harrogate and Tadcaster leagues. These teams cater to different ability levels, ensuring that everyone can find a suitable level of competition.
We offer various membership options, including playing and social non-playing memberships. Our social membership is particularly popular among locals who enjoy the companionship of our members, as well as the facilities and functions that our club provides.
