Justin and his team are always on hand to keep you motivated and ensure you have a blast while training. They offer personal training, classes, and strength and conditioning programmes tailored for all fitness levels.
It's a paradise for powerlifters and strongman enthusiasts. They host regular competitions for ABPU and BPU federations and even have novice comps if you're keen to give Strongman a go.
The doors are open Monday to Friday from 6:00 to 21:00, and on weekends from 8:00 to 16:00. Membership options are flexible - £7 for a walk-in or £40 for a rolling monthly membership. Students and NHS staff get a discounted rate of £35 per month, and there's a yearly package with class access for £60.
The gym is split over two floors with top-notch facilities. Downstairs is all about powerlifting with combo racks, deadlift platforms, Eleiko plates, and a monolift. There's also a functional fitness section with a rig, Olympic bars, and Concept 2 cardio gear. Upstairs, you'll find bodybuilding machines and a dedicated boxing area.
Classes cover functional fitness, cardio, gymnastics, and technique training, running three times a day, with plans to add more. Booking a class or signing up is easy through their online portal.
