This 12-week support programme is designed for new members or those new to fitness and will provide you with guidance and expertise from our trainers. Throughout the programme, you will receive top tips to help improve your fitness and wellbeing. If you are a current gym member in need of a kick-start, our HealthSmart programme is for you.
This complimentary member service is delivered by our coaches and aims to assist with improving overall fitness over a six-week period.
