At Banchory Martial Arts, we take a holistic approach to training, going beyond physical techniques to incorporate mental discipline, self-defence strategies, character development, and mindfulness. We believe in adopting ancient methods to achieve calm and inner peace, which can help with focus and concentration in all areas of life, including the Dojang, school, and work.

Our expert instructors are highly skilled and have extensive knowledge of Traditional Korean Martial Arts. They are passionate about sharing their expertise and guiding students to reach their full potential. Established in 2016, Banchory Martial Arts is a Kido Mu Sool Kwan School and affiliated with the World Kido Federation / Haminjok Hapkido Association. Our classes are designed for students of all ages, starting from four-year-olds, and all fitness levels. With a focus on self-defence, discipline, and personal growth, we aim to empower each student to become the best version of themselves both inside and outside the training hall.
