The principal of Balwyn Yoga Centre, Mrs Lang, brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to the school, having been a student of Mr B. K. S. Iyengar in India.

She has attended workshops for over 10 years and uses her expertise to train a team of qualified teachers in the correct methods and practises of Iyengar style Yoga. Each teacher at Balwyn Yoga Centre has over 10 years of experience as both a student and teacher, providing guidance in the development of your yoga skills.

At Balwyn Yoga Centre, we focus on physical or 'Iyengar' style Yoga. In addition to our regular classes, Balwyn Yoga Centre offers a specialised beginner class taught by a teacher who is fluent in Chinese.
