Ballet Eastern Dance's debut performance, “Joyous Spring,” took place in January 2001 and featured renowned choreographers Madam Lee Shu Fen and Mr Bai Ying Wen. The school's programmes are designed to emphasise the joy of dancing and inspire a love for learning and personal growth through dance and music.

As a registered private professional company, Ballet Eastern Dance is an approved examination centre for the Royal Academy of Dance. They offer a variety of classes ranging from children's ballet to adult pointe classes, as well as Chinese dance courses. The school's student performance troupe focuses on enhancing students' performance abilities and stage experience, incorporating ballet as the core practise along with various cultural dance forms as elective courses.
