In addition to senior men's and women's teams, Balbriggan RFC also has a thriving Youth section, catering for players from U14 to U18. 5 age groups, as well as offering training for Minis from U6 to U12. The club also has a Disability Tag team for those over 12 years old, ensuring that rugby is accessible to all members of the community.
