We offer a variety of classes to cater to all fitness levels and goals. Our Reformer Basics class is perfect for beginners or those recovering from injuries, as it introduces you to the Reformer moves and focuses on technique. For a mixed-level Reformer Pilates experience, our Reformer class is designed to improve posture, alignment, and core strength. Modifications are available for beginners, while challenges are provided for more advanced clients.
Looking for a fusion experience? Our Reformer Barre class combines the toning exercises of Barre with your Reformer Pilates favourites, targeting thighs, glutes, and core. Intermediate to advanced clients will love our Reformer Bounce class, which incorporates a mini trampoline for cardio jumps alongside traditional Reformer exercises. This class offers a low-impact, high-intensity cardio workout that will get your heart rate up and boost your energy levels.
For a dynamic combination of Mat Pilates and Reformer Pilates, our Dynamic Mat & Reformer class brings together the best of both worlds. Suitable for all levels, this class provides a challenging yet achievable workout. If you're looking to improve flexibility, release tension, and improve posture, our Reformer Stretch class offers a restorative and relaxing experience using the Reformer equipment. Private Reformer classes are also available, allowing you to work one-on-one with our experienced instructors to focus on specific goals or rehabilitation.
We also offer speciality classes such as Party Pilates, where you can enjoy a fun-filled Reformer Pilates class with disco lights, party tunes, and even a glass of fizz to finish off your week. Our Retro Reformer class combines 80s aerobics moves with Reformer Pilates exercises, guaranteeing a nostalgic and energetic workout. For new moms and moms-to-be, our Bumps & Babbas class provides a safe and modified Pilates experience focusing on stretching, pelvic floor strengthening, and rehabilitation. Babies in car seats or prams are welcome.
If you're looking for a more serene experience, our Candlelight Pilates class allows you to reset and unwind after a long day. Enjoy a slower-paced, restorative Reformer Pilates class in the warm glow of candlelight. All levels are welcome, but some knowledge of the Reformer is recommended due to the low lighting. For intermediate to advanced clients, our Reformer Pro class offers a faster-paced and more challenging workout, perfect for pushing yourself to new limits.
