For those needing personalised training, Jon offers one-hour private sessions at £30 each, covering strength and conditioning, MMA, BJJ, striking, and wrestling. These are available at specific times around the regular class schedule, and the gym assistant can help pair you with a training partner if needed.
With over 30 years of experience, Jon has trained and competed in various martial arts disciplines. He continues to compete in BJJ and trains alongside his students at Balance MMA.
