Balanced Health is a Christchurch-based personal and group training and nutrition coaching service led by Daniel Hibbs. It suits people who want help with weight loss, event training, rehabilitation focus, or a full lifestyle shift towards "better balanced health for life". Alongside coaching, you can join an Accountability Programme that combines personalised training and nutrition plans with daily support and direct access to coaching. There is also a community component for support and shared progress.
