Bailieborough Leisure Centre

Bailieborough Leisure Centre, located in Bailieborough, is a state-of-the-art facility that offers a wide range of fitness and leisure options for the community. The centre first opened its doors in June 1999 and has seen continuous growth and success ever since. Thanks to the overwhelming support of the local community, the Centre was able to open debt-free and is now overseen by a locally-elected Board of Management.

The facilities at Bailieborough Leisure Centre include a 20×8 metre pool with a toddler pool, back massage features, sauna, steam room, and jacuzzi. The gym is well-equipped with 21 pieces of cardiovascular equipment, 11 pieces of resistance equipment, squat racks, Olympic bars, barbells, and dumbbells up to 45 kg. Free weights, punch bags, gym balls, and dyna bands are also available for use. Additionally, there is a fitness studio for hire with a springboard flooring area at competitive rates.

The Centre prides itself on providing services to all sectors of the community, catering to a wide catchment area that extends into Monaghan and Meath. Private lesson bookings are welcome, and the Centre also offers swimming lessons for children and young people with additional needs.
