Get ready for the ultimate strength challenge at Backyard Deadlifts 2024 hosted by Old Mate's Fitness Company! Following the success of last year's event, this year promises to be even better with two categories: Old Mate's Charged for Novice lifters and Old Mate's Super Charged for Open category participants. The event will take place in Euroa, Victoria 3666.
Participants are allowed to wear belts, and suits are optional. However, no straps are allowed, and footwear that covers the feet must be worn at all times. The competition shirt is included in the entry fee, along with photos. Results will be calculated using a Dots Calculator. Entry forms and waivers will be sent closer to the competition date.
Food will be available for purchase on the day, and spectators are encouraged to join in the excitement. Early bird prices end on 1 June 2024, and entry closes on 1 October 2024. Don't miss this opportunity to test your strength and compete with other like-minded individuals!
