Back Care Pilates, the Pilates club in Leeds, known as Pilates Leeds, is promoting a fantastic event aimed at helping people with back issues. The event, called Back Care Pilates, offers specialised Pilates-based movement therapy to assist those who have undergone treatment with a Manual Therapist and are seeking a follow-up session.
What sets this event apart is the limited class size of just 3 people. This allows for personalised attention and observation, ensuring a safe and effective workout. The classes are carefully structured, paced, and planned to address individual needs and goals. Participants have the opportunity to ask questions and explore different ways to strengthen and improve their back health.
The Back Care Pilates courses take place at the LS8 Studio, with regular sessions scheduled for Friday mornings and Tuesday evenings. Zoe will be leading the Friday sessions starting from 9th February, while Alison will conduct the Tuesday evening sessions beginning on 14th February. Additional evening sessions on Mondays or Tuesdays may occasionally be offered based on demand.
For those interested, the Back Care Course consists of 6 consecutive sessions and costs £78. If you prefer to attend with a partner, the cost is £108 for both participants. In case you are unable to attend a session, a catch-up class can be arranged for free in any of the community classes.
