Whether you are classified in class 1-3 obesity, need diabetes control and management, or simply want to improve your overall well-being, we have the expertise to assist you.
Our company was established in 2020 by Rocky, our founder and CEO. Rocky's personal journey of transforming his own life both physically and mentally inspired him to create Baby Rock Fitness. After battling mental health issues, anxiety, depression, binge-eating disorder, and alcohol abuse, Rocky made the decision to change his life. Drawing on his background in social care, office management, and teaching with a focus on Physical Education, Rocky became a personal trainer to help himself and others.
Rocky's dedication to personal growth led him to become a level 4 Elite personal trainer. He continually seeks out new courses and knowledge to provide the best services to his clients. Starting at almost 350 pounds, Rocky has lost over 100 pounds and continues to work towards his goals. This transformation has not only improved his physical well-being but also his mental health, allowing him to come off medications and embrace a more positive outlook on life.
At Baby Rock Fitness, we understand that everyone has a unique story and journey. We offer specialist training for clients in the class 1-3 obesity category and provide fully customised exercise and nutrition plans. With regular communication and check-ins, we keep you on track and motivated. Additionally, we offer a dedicated app for detailed dietary and fitness planning.
