The Royal Hampshire County Hospital Swimming Club, also known as Baby Squids, is excited to announce an upcoming local swimming event for all the baby squids out there! Located at the Hydrotherapy Pool in Basingstoke and North Hampshire Hospital, these swimming lessons offer a truly special experience for babies and their parents.
With a maximum of 4 babies per session, these lessons provide an intimate and personalised environment where parents can bond with their little ones in the water. The pool is kept at a comfortably warm temperature of 32-34 °C, making it perfect for babies of all ages, including newborns. And don't worry about changing facilities – there are ample showers and space for buggies.
For those who love to cheer from the sidelines, spectators are more than welcome to watch from the poolside. And if you're wondering about parking, the hospital car park has got you covered (just remember that charges apply).
Each lesson runs for a fun-filled 30 minutes, and the dates and times vary to accommodate busy schedules. The upcoming term dates are from 15th January 2024 to 11th February 2024, and from 19th February 2024 to 30th March 2024.
Now, let's talk prices. The cost for each term is £70.00 for 4 classes, £87.50 for 5 classes, or you can opt for the 6-class package for £105.00. We've got something for everyone!
