After the warm-up and strength-building exercises, get ready to learn a couple of fantastic tricks, all of which will be incorporated into a delightful dance routine taught by your talented instructor. By the end of the course, you'll have learned an entire dance routine, consisting of approximately six different beginner tricks. And let's not forget about the rewarding cool down and stretching that closes each class. Water breaks are encouraged, and we want you to feel comfortable taking things at your own pace.
