Aztec Badminton Club

Brian Bidewell wants everyone in the sports community to know about Aztec Badminton Club in Crowborough. Founded back in ‘85 by some folks from a local furniture shop, the club has grown quite a bit since then. They’ve made Goldsmith Leisure Centre their home, meeting up every Monday from 7:30 to 9:30 pm in the Main Hall. With three courts available, there's plenty of space for games.

What makes Aztec Badminton Club stand out is how welcoming they are. They invite players of all ages and skill levels to join in. Whether you're just starting out or have been playing for years, you’ll find a spot here. They use Yonex Mavis 360 plastic shuttles, which do the job nicely.

To keep things running smoothly, there's a quarterly payment system for court rentals and shuttles. Costs get split among members, averaging about £4.00 per evening. Payments are due on the first Monday of April, July, October, and January.
