Based in North London near Southgate, Alex is a fully qualified personal trainer with a Triple Honours Diploma in Personal Training and certified as a Personal Trainer (REPs 3) and Fitness Instructor (REPs 2).
AY Fitness focuses on helping you meet your fitness goals in a way that fits into your lifestyle. By offering home training sessions, Alex makes it easy to work out in your own home, garden, or anywhere you prefer. No need for a gym membership that you rarely use – Alex brings all the necessary equipment to you.
Whatever your goal might be – burning fat, losing weight, recovering from an injury, or improving overall fitness – Alex customises a personal fitness plan tailored to your needs. Regular exercise becomes a part of your schedule without disrupting your other responsibilities.
Nutrition also plays a crucial role at AY Fitness. Many people struggle to see results despite working out regularly because they don’t follow a balanced diet. Alex offers guidance on nutrition and weight management to help you make informed choices that support your fitness goals.
Training sessions with AY Fitness can be booked for 30, 45, or 60 minutes. Before starting, Alex will discuss your goals and do a basic health check to design a suitable programme. For the best results, it’s recommended to schedule training sessions three times a week.
