SARAH Smith Assistant Coach Specializations CF L1, CF Gymnastics Standard First Aid CPR C AED Sarah has a background in gymnastics and brings her expertise to the gym to help members improve their gymnastic skills. She is committed to helping members push past their limits and achieve their personal best.
Auxiliary CrossFit is more than just a gym, it's a community where members support and motivate each other to become the best version of themselves. The gym offers a variety of classes, including CrossFit, powerlifting, Olympic lifting, skills, MOGA (Mobility WOD), and open gym sessions. In addition to classes, Auxiliary CrossFit also provides personal training, competitive training and programming, corporate training, athletic/sports-specific development training, custom programming, nutrition counselling, registered massage therapy, and seminars and workshops.
Located at 213 Sterling Road, Unit 109 in Toronto, Ontario, Auxiliary CrossFit is open Monday to Friday from 6 AM to 12 PM and 4 PM to 8 PM, and weekends from 9 AM to 12 PM. The gym is easily accessible and has ample parking available for members.
