When making an appointment, it is helpful to consider a few tips to ensure you get the most out of your visit. New patients will need to complete our New Patient Registration Form, which can be done in our clinic before your appointment or online. Double appointments may be necessary for new patients, as a thorough medical history may require more time. Existing patients with complex medical histories or multiple issues should also consider booking a double appointment.
Skin checks are always scheduled as double appointments. Please note that a $37 cancellation fee may be charged for missed appointments without prior notice.
