Arlene's journey began in 2015, when she joined a local fitcamp to tackle her own health challenges. The transformative power of exercise led her to a profound dedication to physical activity and a desire to help others.
In 2016, Arlene launched her own fitcamp, determined to provide personalised guidance by keeping class sizes small, a maximum of eight participants. This approach quickly garnered recognition.
With the changes brought by the pandemic, Arlene saw an opportunity to expand her passion into a business. She pursued training in Pilates and Health and Nutrition, culminating in the opening of Arlene’s Fitcamp in May 2021.
Evolving to offer a comprehensive range of services, the centre rebranded as Atlene Fitness and Wellness Centre. Here, fitness, nutrition, and overall wellness are seamlessly integrated.
Programmes include fitcamp, Pilates, and mobile fitness services, ensuring diverse options for all preferences. The welcoming atmosphere fosters mutual support and a collective drive towards wellness goals.
