Owned and operated by Don, a qualified and experienced personal trainer, A Tiny Studio offers individual and private group PT services. Don is a native Kiwi who has fallen in love with Australia and its stunning outdoors. His passion for an active lifestyle is evident in his own participation in activities such as competitive triathlons, netball, mountain biking, tennis, rock climbing, yoga, and dragon boating. Don genuinely enjoys sharing his love for an active lifestyle with every person that visits his studio.
Diogo, a qualified personal trainer with over 7 years of experience, is also part of the team at A Tiny Studio. Originally from Brazil, Diogo has settled in Canberra with his family and brings a functional and active approach to training. He emphasises maintaining balance, staying positive, and staying active. Diogo's full-body, engaging workouts are designed to ensure his clients get the most out of their sessions while focusing on technique and safety.
Amrita, a yoga guru from India with over 20 years of experience, will be starting up Yoga classes at A Tiny Studio. She brings extensive knowledge and experience in various forms and practises of Yoga, tailoring her classes to accommodate the diverse client base. Amrita ensures that people of all abilities can participate and receive the necessary training to improve their yoga practise.
In addition to the passionate and dedicated team, A Tiny Studio has a friendly and affectionate studio pooch named Cosmo, who adds an extra dose of warmth and comfort to the space. Cosmo joins clients for outdoor activities and is often found in the studio ready for cuddles, warmdown smooches, and hugs.
A Tiny Studio offers tailored programmes to help clients achieve their individual goals. The studio provides a complimentary consultation where clients can meet the team, see the space, and decide if it is the right fit for their training needs.
