We offer 30, 45, and 60-minute personal training sessions that can take place in various locations across Melbourne. Whether that's in the comfort of your own home, at your office, in your favourite park, or even at the beach, our trainers will make sure you have a personalised and effective workout experience.

When it comes to pricing, we offer competitive rates that fit within your budget. Our one-on-one sessions are priced at $40 for 30 minutes, $50 for 45 minutes, and $60 per hour. If you prefer to train with a friend, we offer a discounted rate starting at $30 for 30 minutes per person, $40 for 45 minutes per person, and $50 per hour per person. Additionally, if you have a group of three or more friends who would like to train together, we offer a special rate of $20 per person for 45 minutes.
