Biography
Jessica Hull hails from the scenic NSW South Coast and has blossomed into a world-renowned middle-distance runner. Her journey in athletics began with cross-country running during her school days, later joining the Albion Park Little Athletics Centre. Guided meticulously by her father Simon, a former national middle-distance runner, Jessica built a solid foundation in the sport. She pursued her education at Oregon University in the US, earning a degree in Human Physiology and minoring in Psychology and Sports Business. Over a remarkable 18-month period leading up to the COVID-19 pandemic, Jessica transitioned from a fringe national team member to Australia's foremost 1500m and 5000m athlete. Her accolades include an NCAA 1500m championship and Australian national records in the 1500m and 5000m. Notably, she represented Australia at the Tokyo 2020 Olympics and is gearing up for a second Olympic appearance in Paris 2024. Jessica's determination and continuous improvement make her a standout athlete on the world stage.
