Born on September 8, 1995, in Halifax, Nova Scotia, Ellie discovered her passion for gymnastics at the young age of 9. A trailblazer in Canadian gymnastics, Ellie made history at the 2017 FIG World Championships in Montreal, securing Canada’s first-ever all-around medal in artistic gymnastics. Her dedication and perseverance were further exemplified at the 2022 FIG World Championships, where she led Canada to a historic bronze medal in the women’s team event.
