Welcome to Atherton Flow Brazilian Jiu-jitsu! Established in 2022, our club is dedicated to spreading the art of BJJ throughout Atherton and the tablelands community. We are proud to be affiliated with Daryl & the Mayocchi Brothers, renowned practitioners in the field.

Our vision at Atherton Flow is to create a community where individuals feel valued, motivated, and empowered. We strive to foster a nurturing environment where the essence of Brazilian Jiu Jitsu blends seamlessly with the spirit of camaraderie, discipline, and mutual respect.

Brazilian Jiu Jitsu is a grappling-based martial art that focuses on ground fighting techniques and submission holds. Unlike other martial arts that rely on striking, BJJ utilises leverage and technique to control opponents and finish fights. It is both a practical self-defence system and a competitive sport.

Nurturing the next generation is at the heart of Atherton Flow. Our Kids BJJ programme is specially designed to instil discipline, boost self-confidence, and develop a strong foundation in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. With classes running on Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday from 4:30PM to 5:20PM, we ensure that each child receives the attention they deserve. We also offer attractive discounted packages for families with multiple children or parents wishing to train.

Choose to pay weekly, fortnightly, or monthly and gain access to all available classes. Our signup comes with an optional complementary personal lesson! Please note that a 3-month lock-in contract is required, and afterwards, a 2-week notice is needed for cancellations and freezes.

- Unlimited Weekly (Kids & Adults): $45. 00/week + $50.

- Unlimited Fortnightly (Kids & Adults): $90. 00/2 weeks + $50.

- Unlimited Monthly (Kids & Adults): $180. 00/month + $50.

- Casual Class (1 session): $25.
