Ash, with over 10 years of experience in K1 kickboxing, Muay Thai, and boxing, is passionate about promoting women's and non-binary participation in combat sports. She is fully qualified and insured to coach by the British Martial Arts & Boxing Association.
Classes are held at Jump Studios in Old Market, a well-equipped, recently refurbished space with mirrors, a sound system, air conditioning, heating, and a comfortable seating area. While equipment like pads and gloves is provided on Wednesdays and Saturdays, members are encouraged to bring their own if possible.
