Our trainers are there with you every step of the way, providing feedback and encouragement to help you reach your goals.

We offer a variety of classes that are designed to suit your needs and goals. Our classes are set out in a semi-private style, allowing us to personalise the programme to meet your specific goals. Whether your aim is fat loss or muscle building, our sessions are carefully designed to target different muscle groups each day. We use a range of training methods, including HIIT, endurance, Tabata, metabolic, and interval-based training, to ensure an effective workout.

At Asylum Fitness, we understand the importance of accountability and progress. That's why we provide sessions bookings, allowing you to plan your workouts in advance. We also offer the flexibility to cancel classes with early notice.
