Association Centres Butactik is a leading martial arts school located in Notre-Dame-du-Mont-Carmel. Founded by Alain Veillette, the Butactik system is a non-traditional martial art that combines striking, evasive, and control techniques. With a wide variety of movements, Butactik promotes a holistic approach to martial arts practice, helping the body develop balance, muscular strength, and cardiovascular fitness.
