Offering UMA/CKD (Universal Martial Arts), the academy focuses on incorporating modern disciplines such as kinesiology and psychology in its design, emphasising biomechanics for natural and effective responses to everyday stimuli.

The style of UMA/CKD encourages natural bilateral movement and fluid sequential motion to develop optimum force on impact while placing less pressure on the joints.
