Safety and confidence in workouts are a top priority for Chris. All members must complete a gym induction, which can be done by watching a video or booking a face-to-face session. This helps members become familiar with the equipment and workout with confidence.
Aspire Gym Bedford operates at convenient times to fit various schedules. It's open Monday to Friday from 07:30 to 21:00 and weekends from 08:30 to 16:30. Remember, gym sessions need to be booked in advance through the University of Bedfordshire app.
Additionally, through a partnership with British Universities & Colleges Sport (BUCS), staff and students can enjoy the UNIversal Gym membership. This allows access to fitness facilities at over 70 universities across the UK, free of charge, creating more opportunities to stay active.
