Halton Hills Gymnastics Centre is excited to present The Aspire Group, a program catered towards advanced kinder-gymnasts with a passion for the sport. In this 1 hour and 25-minute class, young athletes aged 4-5 years will work on developing strength, flexibility, and balance while getting a taste of the Ontario Developmental Program. It's perfect for those who have completed at least 2 gymnastics sessions and are ready for a more challenging curriculum.
Participants can expect sessions focused on enhancing key skills needed for progression, such as coordination and flexibility. The Fall Session runs from September 9 to December 15, Winter Session from January 6 to March 29, and Spring Session from March 30 to June 21. Registration for the upcoming Spring Session opens on February 20. Plus, no HST will be charged at HHGC!
