Welcome to Asociación Internacional Juken̄sa, a Karate school that brings together a blend of techniques from Karate, Judo, Jujitsu, Kenpo, and Kung Fu. Juken̄sa is the name given to the Kajukenbo style originating in Mexico, now also practiced in Guatemala and Chile. What sets us apart is our focus on Judo, Jujitsu, Kenpo, and Street Fighting Arts.
The history of Kajukenbo traces back to Hawaii, a melting pot of diverse ethnicities. The five founders of Kajukenbo come from Filipino, Korean, Japanese, and Chinese backgrounds, creating the first Mixed Martial Art. Originating between 1949-1952, this system gained fame in Honolulu for its brutal effectiveness post-war. This rich history is at the core of our practice.
In honor of the 20th Anniversary of Juken̄sa Kajukenbo in Mexico, we celebrate the dedication to keeping the original Kajukenbo principles alive. Led by GM Sam Allred, a distinguished figure in Martial Arts, our club upholds honesty, loyalty, and technical excellence. Our community is built on the legacy of Sijo Adriano Emperado, ensuring the true essence of Kajukenbo thrives.
Join us at Asociación Internacional Juken̄sa for a welcoming environment where dedication and respect for tradition blend seamlessly with modern martial arts practices. Become part of a legacy that embraces diversity and unity, driven by a passion for the art of Kajukenbo. Curious to learn more? Connect with us and dive into the world of Juken̄sa Kajukenbo.
