Asia Pacific Tang Soo Do is a renowned martial arts school located in Old Noarlunga, Australia. With a rich history that dates back to 1970, Asia Pacific Tang Soo Do was the first to introduce the name and practise of Tang Soo Do to Australia, thanks to Grand Master Kim, Sung Hwan Moo Do Kwan and Grand Master Washington.

The primary goal of the Asia Pacific Tang Soo Do Federation is to promote and enhance the essence and training structure of traditional Tang Soo Do practitioners worldwide. Tang Soo Do has a fascinating history with ancient connexions in Korean history that date back to the period when Korea was divided into three kingdoms: Silla, Paekche, and Goguryo. The Silla Dynasty, in particular, was known for its development of martial arts, with an elite group called the Hwa Rang Dan playing a vital role in unifying the Korean peninsula. Many Korean martial arts trace their heritage to this influential group.
