

At Ashwell Pilates, we offer physio-led pilates classes for people of all ages and abilities. Located in Baldock, our studio is situated in the beautiful Ashwell Village Hall, providing a serene and welcoming environment for our clients to practise pilates.
Our highly trained and experienced instructor runs a variety of different classes throughout the week, catering to different levels of experience and fitness. Whether you are a beginner looking to try pilates for the first time or an advanced practitioner looking to deepen your practise, we have a class for you.
For those who prefer a more personalised approach, we also offer one-to-one sessions upon request. This allows our instructor to tailor the session specifically to your needs and goals, ensuring maximum effectiveness and safety.
One of our speciality classes is our osteoporosis class. This class is specially tailored for individuals with osteoporosis, providing a safe and effective workout that helps improve bone density and reduce the risk of fractures.
We understand that everyone has different schedules and commitments, which is why we have designed a flexible timetable to accommodate as many people as possible. Our classes are held on Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday at various times throughout the day and evening.
