Membership to Ashridge Gym is open to both guests staying at Ashridge House and the public. Guests receive free access to the gym, while the public can avail membership starting from 59. 99 per month. Please note that the pool is only open to individuals aged 18 years and older.
Our gym facility is equipped with a spin studio, pool, jacuzzi, and sauna. We also have a variety of cardiovascular and strength training equipment, including free weights and squat racks. In addition, we offer tennis courts and free bike rental for a well-rounded fitness experience.
Ashridge Gym operates during convenient hours to accommodate your busy schedule. We are open Monday to Friday from 6:30am to 8:00pm, and on Saturdays and Sundays from 8:00am to 4:00pm.
If you enjoy fitness classes, we have a wide range of options to choose from. Whether you prefer to relax and unwind or push your limits, our classes cater to everyone. Our class options include HITT, Pilates, Spinning, Strength, Tone, and Relax. Guests staying at Ashridge House can call the gym reception for the latest class schedule and booking information, while members have the convenience of booking via our app.
