Welcome to Ashbourne Kickboxing, the martial arts club in Ashbourne, UK. Roy and the team offer kickboxing training for everyone aged 5 and over, from kids to adults, no matter your fitness level. The first steps might be tough, but they are very rewarding, and Roy is here to support you all the way.
Roy prioritises the safety and well-being of every student. Classes are safe, welcoming, and led by fully qualified black belt instructors. No one is forced to fight or put at risk. Instead, the focus is on realistic self-defence techniques and building a supportive community.
The classes cover a wide range of training to boost fitness, self-confidence, flexibility, and self-defence skills. To keep things interesting, exercises are fun and varied. Sparring and technical grading sets are available to try but are completely optional.
