Our workouts are designed to target different components of your body's performance outputs on different days, allowing you to train more regularly and effectively without the risk of overtraining or injuries. Each workout is 45 minutes long, ensuring that you get the most out of your time at the gym.
Experienced coaches. Our expert coaches have over 10 years of experience in the fitness industry. They will ensure that your form is impeccable and provide you with the motivation and support needed to push through that last burpee. They are passionate about helping you reach your fitness goals and will be there every step of the way.
Membership options. We offer three membership options to suit your needs. Your first week at Ascend Fit is on us, allowing you to try out our classes and see if it's the right fit for you. After that, our weekly rate gives you unlimited access to all of our classes.
No need to book in advance, just show up and get stuck in.
Four different classes. We offer four different types of classes to ensure that you build well-rounded strength and fitness. Our “Go! ” class targets respiratory and vascular fitness, as well as muscular endurance.
“Prehab” focuses on mobility, flexibility, and active recovery to prevent injuries and improve movement efficiency. “Skills” is a fun class that helps improve explosive power, balance, coordination, and sport-specific skills. Finally, “Strong” focuses on strength and conditioning, and aims to balance muscle groups for better overall performance.
