Arun Tridents Swimming Club in Littlehampton is a competitive swimming club that welcomes swimmers from 6 years old to adults, including masters swimming. John, the organiser, wants to ensure the club provides a friendly and supportive atmosphere for everyone.
The club also offers a Swim School called iSwim School for children aged 4 and above, running in Littlehampton and Worthing. This helps younger swimmers develop their skills in a safe setting.
Arun Tridents is the product of a merger between Littlehampton Swimming Club (established in 1983) and Bognor Swimming Club (founded in 1965). The merger was finalised in December 2022.
Training sessions are held at two locations: the "Littlehampton Wave" in Littlehampton and the "Arun Leisure Centre" in Felpham, both featuring 8-lane, 25m pools.
