At Art Of Pilates & Movement, we specialise in private 1:1 and duet Studio Pilates. Our studio offers a range of classes and private sessions using various equipment such as the Reformer, Tower, Chair, and small props. Each session is designed to focus on the movement and health of each individual, ensuring personalised attention and tailored exercises.
Studio times are available on Mondays from 8am to 3pm, Tuesdays from 8am to 3pm, and Fridays from 9am to 4pm. To reserve your spot, simply book your class through our website.
If you're new to our Pilates studio, we extend a warm welcome to you. Regardless of your fitness level, we have classes and private sessions suitable for individuals of all abilities. As a special introductory offer, new clients can enjoy 3 private sessions for just $149. It's the perfect way to get started on your Pilates journey.
