To ensure access to excellent training for young people of all backgrounds, the school offers low fee or no fee bursaries to at least 25% of its learners. Since September 2020, all Artemis company members have had subsidised fees, making quality training more accessible to aspiring performers. The school also welcomes sponsorships starting at 50 per term to support students in need.

Artemis Studios follows specific term dates for its different programmes, including autumn, spring, and summer terms. They also have designated locations for their classes and workshops, such as Whitegrove Youth Centre for theatre companies and South Hill Park for Artemis College. Office hours are from weekdays 10am to 5pm and Saturdays from 9:30am to 1pm, except Sundays and bank holidays.
