Are you the owner of Art Chi Sainte-Hlne-De-Bagot?

Art Chi Sainte-Hlne-de-Bagot is a Tai Chi school that offers classes in the Stvanovitch Method. Beginners will learn how to perceive Chi and connect to their energetic centre, the Tantien. Students will practice relaxing their bodies to allow Chi to flow more freely and participate in 11 Chinese health exercises (Qi Gong) to improve breathing, increase flexibility, and develop sensitivity to Chi.
Intermediate students will further explore how to mobilize Chi within their bodies, sharpen their focus, calm their minds, and allow Chi to circulate. They will learn the 24-form Tai Chi sequence, a series of stylized combat movements that combine stillness and motion.
Advanced students will delve into advanced Chi techniques and discover hidden resources within themselves. They will have the opportunity to learn the rare 127-posture Tai Ji Quan form, in addition to the 108-posture form. Practising Tai Ji Quan is not only for pleasure but also for the overall well-being of students.
At the heart of the school's teaching philosophy is the belief that everyone can perceive and harness Chi. The focus is on promoting well-being and health through the practice of various techniques. The Tantien, located in the abdomen, is the body's natural energy centre and serves as a tangible point of reference for working with Chi.
Breath, known as the life force or prana, plays a vital role in Chi work. By using the Tantien as a focal point, students can transform their breath into a beneficial internal massage that can be directed to any part of the body. Hand sensitivity is crucial for perceiving Chi, and students will work on developing this sensitivity through daily practice, self-massage, and Chinese health exercises.
Art Chi Sainte-Hlne-de-Bagot offers classes at the Centre Pierre Boogaerts, weekly lessons, and weekend workshops following the progressive teaching approach of the Stvanovitch Method. Students will explore various aspects of Chi work, including the Small Circulation, the Crossed Great Circulation, Chi in medicine, and Chi-carrying sounds.
Students can expect to learn three forms of the Yang family Tai Chi the 24, 108, and 127 postures. Regular practice of these forms promotes well-being and improved health. The Tao of Gong Fu is also taught after several years of practice, with Kirikido introduced as an integral part of the curriculum. Tai Chi classes and workshops are available for students at all levels, providing a comprehensive learning experience for those looking to explore the world of Chi and Tai Chi.
