Aroha Rhythmic Gymnastics Academy WEST offers rhythmic gymnastics classes in Te Atatū Peninsula, Auckland. It is a mix of dance and gymnastics that builds basic gymnastics skills, coordination, flexibility, and confidence using apparatus such as hoop, rope, ball, clubs, and ribbon. The club supports recreation training aimed at badges, club competitions, and an end-of-year show. Competitive gymnastics is by invitation only. The WEST programme runs on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Saturdays.
