ARMD Riverina

ARMD Riverina is a self-defence school located in Wagga Wagga, offering personal protection and self-defence programmes specifically designed for women. The school's REL programme focuses on various aspects of personal safety, such as situational awareness, understanding violence dynamics, threat avoidance, threat recognition, threat management, pre-cue indicators, and confident body language profiling. Through these comprehensive modules, women are equipped with the skills and knowledge to navigate potentially dangerous situations confidently.
