Our founder, Mark Arlou, is a highly experienced and knowledgeable trainer with a Bachelor's degree in Kinesiology, NSCA-CSCS certification, and practising Kinesiologist credentials. He is dedicated to staying current with the latest research and trends in the fitness industry to ensure that our clients receive the highest quality training possible.
