Swimmers joining the 8 R Great Squad Crew will have the opportunity to participate in specialised training programmes designed to enhance their swimming abilities.

Before joining Arena Swim Club, prospective members are invited to attend an assessment to determine their readiness for participation. Children aged 10 and under should have a minimum of level 8 swim school participation or level 10 vacation swimming standard, while older children should have recent squad-based training programme experience. Assessments are required for all squads, regardless of age or ability.

Membership and squad fees, along with the training schedule, will be provided after the assessment. Arena Swim Club also offers Swimming WA Membership, which allows swimmers to participate in various swimming events and competitions organised by Swimming WA.
