Carly is fully trained in the classical Pilates method and teaches using traditional Gratz apparatus that is made to Joseph Pilates' original specifications.

These sessions are designed to work on the same principles as the group classes but with additional equipment, such as the Reformer. For group classes, you can choose from individual classes, a 5x class package, or a 10x class package, with prices ranging from 20 to 150. Private session packages are also available, offering individual sessions or packages of 5 or 10 sessions, with prices ranging from 40 to 360.
