Michael here – the organiser at Ara – The Zone Sports Science & Wellness Centre, based in Christchurch. He's excited to introduce everyone to this fantastic facility at Ara's City campus. The Zone is here to support athletes, community groups, and individuals on their fitness journeys.

Michael and his team are passionate about making a difference through health, wellness, and sports performance services. The Zone isn't just for the pros; it's for everyone aiming to improve their health and fitness.

What's on offer? The Zone provides tailored services to meet your goals. Check out the Spring Wellness Package: it includes a 30-minute initial consultation, a 20-minute functional movement test, a submaximal aerobic test, two body scans, a customised exercise programme for strength and conditioning, and an initial nutritional consultation.

The team at The Zone are experienced professionals, including body scan technicians, nutritionists, exercise coaches, and fitness testers, all ready to help you achieve your best.
